JBW Mets Jack Flaherty No-Hits Washington

Jack Flaherty blanked the JBW Nats and threw his first career no-hitter. Neither manager realized it until there were two outs in the 9th. Flaherty was running out of steam and walked Gallo and Betts with two outs in the 9th, but he punched out Cooper to preserve the no-no. New York's Pederson had homered on a 1-4 in the top of the 1st and Bregman also connected, and that was more than enough run support.
